Pacific College is happy to invite RN Cohort 13 to our 2026 RN Pinning Ceremony

Attention Graduates!

Who will pin me?

Each graduate may choose one individual to pin you. The person selected to pin you must be either:

  • A licensed Nurse (RN, or higher)
  • A Pacific College RN faculty member

This tradition honors the dedication, professionalism, and commitment shared within the nursing profession. We encourage you to select someone who has inspired and supported you throughout your journey.

Dress Code for Graduates

  • All white
  • Conservative hairstyle and grooming

This tradition of all white attire symbolizes professionalism, cleanliness, and the compassion and service in nursing history.

Event Schedule

All Ceremonies will be located in the Main Auditorium

If you are participating in the Commencement, please refer to the link for Commencement 2026

  • Commencement begins at 10 am

  • RN Pinning Ceremony Participants Arrive at 11 am

  • RN Pinning Guests to arrive 11:30 am

  • RN Pinning Ceremony Begins at 12:00 pm


Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I bring celebratory items and gifts?
    We are guests at Cottonwood Church. Please refrain from bringing balloons, noisemakers, or confetti to this event. Prohibited items will need to be discarded or left in your vehicle for event entry.

    There will be a vendor on-site, on the day of the event, who will have lovely, festive bouquets available for sale. She will be situated near the front entrance to the event.

  • What should I wear to the Pinning Ceremony?

    • Women
      • White dress, white skirt and blouse, or white pantsuit
      • White hosiery, if wearing a dress or skirt
      • White closed-toed shoes
      • Minimal jewelry and makeup
      • Conservative hairstyle
    • Men
      • White shirt with tie and dress slacks, white uniform, or white suit
      • White closed-toed shoes
      • Conservative grooming
    • Common Rules
      • Clean, pressed attire
      • No sneakers, denim, leggings, or casual wear
      • No low-cut, tight, or sheer clothing
      • Tattoos and piercings should be covered

  • How many guests can I bring?
    There is no limit on how many guests graduates can invite.


  • Where can guests park and what time do they need to arrive?
    VN Pinning Ceremony guests can arrive at 7:30am.
